Justin Manning – Bootcamp Instructor
Justin Manning started bootcamp specific training at the age of 20 with guidance from Corporal Reid and Sergeant Sahadevan of the Canadian Armed Forces. He continued to excel in the industry, expanding his knowledge while working at several personal training studios across the Lower Mainland.
Justin completed his first marathon in the summer of 2008 in Anchorage Alaska after raising $4500 for blood cancer research. After the race, he fell victim to a stress fracture on the lower leg which sidelined him for 8 months, causing him to put on excess weight. With all natural exercise, nutrition and dedication, he lost 50 pounds between the summer of 2009 and 2010. Justin continues to help men and women of all ages and sizes reach their fitness goals with his unique style of bootcamp training.
